Overview
An all-time classic wine that shaped the taste of Moschofilero and created a new market for wines from Mantinia PDO. Fine, floral and exotic with light alcohol and body, pleasant acidity and a spicy finish. Best for green salads, appetizers and cold dishes, as well as an aperitif. Grapes are sourced from selected clay-soil vineyards of contract growers in Agiorgitika, Lithovounia and Zevgolatio in Arcadia, Peloponnese at 650m. Chilling the grapes in reefers for 24h, crushing, partial cold extraction for 8 hours, pressing and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Clear, medium lemon
Nose
Clean, pronounced aroma intensity, with aroma characteristics reminiscent of lime, exotic fruits, spices, jasmine, rose pedals, Madagascar plum and flower blossom.
Palate
Dry, high acidity, medium alcohol, medium (-) body, medium (+) flavor intensity with flavor characteristics reminiscent of lemon, starfruit, jasmine, rose and flower blossom. Medium finish.
