Overview
An innovative wine from Agiorgitiko grapes of Nemea, sourced from selected vineyards of contract growers in Asprokampos at 760m. Premature grape picking, chilling in reefers for 24h, partial crushing and maceration for 8 hours, pressing and whole bunch pressing for the rest of the quantity. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and secondary fermentation in bottles (traditional method) for 9 months. Riddling in gyropalettes. Agiorgitiko delivers top-quality fruit: framboise, cranberries, pomegranate and red apple, while traditional method sparkling wine vinification offers some autolytic notes.
